Are the prints ready to ship or made to order? Most prints are made to order to ensure quality and sustainability. Some originals and selected prints may be ready to ship—each product page will let you know.
What kind of paper are the prints made on? All prints are professionally produced on archival-quality fine art paper or giclee paper using pigment-based inks that beautifully capture the richness and texture of the original work.
Can I return a print if I change my mind? Each print is lovingly made to order, so I don’t accept returns for change of mind—but your happiness truly matters to me. If something’s gone wrong—like your print arriving damaged or the wrong item being sent—please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll sort it out as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you. To help me help you swiftly, it’s really helpful if you can include a photo of the damage or error when you message me.
How do I care for and maintain my artwork? Keep artworks out of direct sunlight and away from damp conditions.
How do I commission a piece? I take a limited number of bespoke commissions each year, including soulful pet portraits and nature-inspired work. You can learn more and enquire via the [Commissions Page].
How much do commissions cost? Prices vary depending on size, subject, and materials. I’ll provide a tailored quote once we’ve discussed your ideas.
How long does it take to complete a commission? Timings vary based on my availability and complexity of the work. This will be discussed before commencement.
Can I request a specific animal or another subject for my commission? Yes! I am open to discuss any specific requests you may have. I love a challenge!
How can I ensure my commissioned piece matches the colours in my room? You’re welcome to send photos of your space or colour swatches. I’ll take your palette into account while staying true to my expressive style.
Can I return an original painting? All sales are final, especially with a custom frame. Each piece is accurately represented to support a confident purchase. Returns aren’t always possible, but if you have concerns, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to help.
Can commissioned works be shipped internationally? Yes! I ship commissions worldwide using tracked and insured services.
Do you offer gift certificates for prints or commissions? Yes—gift certificates are available and can be used toward prints, originals, or custom artwork. They make wonderful, meaningful gifts.
What framing options are available? Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise noted. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that suits your space. I’m happy to suggest options if you’d like advice.
