Delivery

Original Artwork
Original paintings are carefully packaged and sent using a tracked and insured service. Delivery costs and arrangements will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Fine Art Prints
Prints are made to order and carefully packaged to protect them in transit. They are sent rolled in a sturdy postal tube unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on destination, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Original Artwork
If you purchase an original painting online and change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible. Any return will be subject to the applicable consumer rights and the individual circumstances of the purchase.

Fine Art Prints
If you change your mind about a standard, non-personalised print purchased online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order. If a print has been personalised or produced specifically to your requirements, different rules may apply.

If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue, and I will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Framing
Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated. Original paintings are supplied as described on the individual product page.
