PRINTS

Each print is made to order with care, and I aim to get it to you safely and promptly. I ship worldwide, and fulfilment takes 2–5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on where you are:

• UK – 2–4 days after dispatch

• Germany – 2–4 days after dispatch

• Europe (EU) – 4–7 days after dispatch

• USA & Canada – 2–3 days after dispatch (via courier)

• Rest of World – 3–6 days after dispatch (via courier)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

COMMISSIONS

Each piece is packaged carefully and dispatched using a specialist courier company. Shipping costs for commissions are invoiced separately and vary depending on your location. Commissions

I want you to be delighted when your artwork arrives. If your print turns up damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and send a few clear photos of the issue. I can then arrange a replacement print at no cost to you.

COMMISSIONS

Commissioned pieces are created just for you — shaped by your stories, memories, and the things (or animals!) you hold dear. Because of the personal nature of this work, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges on commissioned artwork.

That said, I always want you to feel heard and reassured throughout the process. I’ll check in regularly and keep the lines of communication open, so you feel confident and supported from start to finish.
