A more dramatic piece within the collection, Into Stillness brings together deep indigo, cobalt and turquoise with expressive black marks and lighter passages beneath. The layered brushwork gives the painting a feeling of depth and movement, while the darker forms create a moment of stillness within it.

The wide white mount and simple black frame give the original a crisp, contemporary presentation.
